How iX Global eRewards Works
iX Global Gamification programs eRewards you with points ("iX Global eRewards Points")
based on your activities within the iX Global Social Application and ecosystem. Points earned
through iX Global Rewards are automatically added to any other Rewards Points you have
earned. Your iX Global Rewards Points can be redeemed for a credit that may be applied to iX
Global products and services, cash deposited into your iX Academy Wallet, or for promotional
rewards offered under the iX Global Rewards Program.

Points Earned
Points may be earned as described below. iX Global reserves the right to change and/or
remove any potential reward or activity at any time.

Activities
You may earn up to 3,000 points maximum Activities Points per month, or $10 maximum
from Activities per month.
●Like = 1 point, 20pts per day maximum
●Comment = 1 point, 20pts per day maximum
●Daily Habits completed = There are 5 habits worth 5 points each, 25 total per day
maximum
●Share on other social media = 4 points, 20pts per day maximum; no more than 2
shares per platform per day
●Watch Advertisements = 5 points, 25pts per day maximum (when available)
●Complete The 1st Seven Day program (one time, not subject to monthly maximums),
earn up to 1,500 points

Performance (coming October 2021)
●Sign up new members for the $30 program = 200 points
●Sign up 10 new members for the $30 program in one month = 1,000 points; you may
earn either the 3 new member bonus or the 10 new member bonus in any given
month, they are not cumulative
●Contests = 300 to 3,000 points per contest
●Challenges = 100 to 1,000 points per challenge

●Giveaway rewards points will vary, and will be announced in the official iX Global
application.
●Raffles
●Weekly giveaways - for anyone who participates on the App Leaderboards.
●Ad hoc giveaways
●Best of giveaways

Games/Missions
iX Global may create games Games where participants may choose to risk points to earn
more points. These games will be announced in the official iX Global application.

Redeeming iX Global eRewards Points
You can redeem iX Global Rewards Points through the iX Academy back office. 100 iX Global
Rewards Points may be redeemed for $1 when redeeming for iX Global credit (E-Pin), or $0.75
when redeeming for cash. You must redeem a minimum of 100 iX Global Rewards points at
any given time, and must redeem in increments of 100 points. You cannot redeem iX Global
Rewards Points if your iX Global Rewards monthly subscription is cancelled or past due.
Please note that the terms of any promotional offer listed in the iX Global application may
contain separate eligibility requirements or conditions to receive that promotional offer. To
the extent the terms of the iX Global eRewards Program conflict with the terms applicable to
any promotional offer, the iX Global Rewards Program terms shall govern. If the conflict
relates to how points are redeemed for a promotional offer, the iX Global Rewards Program
terms shall govern issues related to how Rewards Points are earned and the terms of the
promotional offer will govern any conflict related to how points are redeemed for a
promotional offer.

Please Note: Although iX Global eRewards Points are redeemable as cash as described
above, said cash will be deposited into your iX Academy wallet, and you are responsible for
requesting withdrawal if you choose to withdraw those funds. Your eRewards Points also
can’t be transferred by operation of law, such as by inheritance, in bankruptcy or in
connection with a divorce.

When You Will Forfeit iX Global eRewards Points
●You will forfeit your entire iX Global eRewards Points balance if your iX Global
eRewards subscription is cancelled for longer than 28 days.
●If we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated the terms of the iX Global
eRewards Program, or the iX Global Policies and Procedures, we may void or cancel
some or all of your accrued iX Global Rewards Points.

The iX Global eRewards Point Summary
The iX Global eRewards Points balance shown in your iX Global eRewards account is for
informational purposes only. It may not reflect the actual iX Global eRewards Points that you
have earned. Posting of points and redemption of points may not happen in real time, and iX
Global is not responsible nor liable for any delay in the posting of or redemption of said
points.

Additional Terms
Your participation in the iX Global eRewards Program may result in the receipt of taxable
income from iX Global eRewards and we may be required to send you, and file with the IRS a Form 1099. You are responsible for any tax liability, including disclosure requirements, related
to your participation in the iX Global eRewards Program. We are not responsible for any
dispute you may have in connection with an authorized user or joint account holder related
to the iX Global eRewards Program.

Changes to the iX Global eRewards Program
We will from time to time adjust the iX Global eRewards program features based on your
feedback and engagement so that it becomes as useful to you as it can possibly be. We may
at any time, and in our sole discretion, change any terms or features of the iX Global
eRewards program, including, the number of points awarded, point redemption values, etc.
We will notify you about changes to the iX Global eRewards Program and new features
through the iX Global eRewards Official Application. Each such modification will be effective
upon the earlier of posting the change to the latest version of the iX Global eRewards official
application or, if required, upon notice to you. You are responsible for downloading the latest
updates to the iX Global eRewards official application as they become available in order to
ensure all features and any fixes are current. Your continued participation in the iX Global
eRewards Program following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of such
modifications and your agreement to be bound by the revised program Terms.
